At NOVOBOX we are committed to carrying out our activity by supporting and respecting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Fundamental ILO Conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998, and the legal requirements that apply to our activity.
These requirements will apply not only to workers in the organization, but to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
CHILD LABOUR.
NOVOBOX respects the rights of minors and rejects the use of child labor.
FORCED AND COMPULSORY LABOUR.
NOVOBOX rejects any type of forced or compulsory labour.
All relationships with employed personnel are voluntary and based on mutual consent.
NOVOBOX undertakes to provide fair economic compensation to workers in accordance with applicable law, linked to their conditions of merit and ability. You also agree to comply with applicable law in relation to working hours, including overtime.
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.
NOVOBOX allows workers to communicate openly regarding their working conditions without fear of reprisals, intimidation or harassment. It also recognises the right of workers to associate freely, to join labour unions and to seek representation.
HARASSMENT AND NON-DISCRIMINATION.
NOVOBOX rejects all forms of discrimination and remains committed to ensuring that all workers are treated with respect for their diversity, and promoting equal opportunities for people, regardless of the characteristics of the person, whether sexual orientation, age, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity. It also undertakes to ensure for maintaining a work environment free of harassment against workers.
